Who is TCRAA. Tell City Regional Arts Association is a group of non-paid volunteers dedicated to facilitating art events in our area. We are a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization and we partner with many local agencies, organizations, business and governments in an effort to provide art opportunities to our region.
